Many extractions can be done in our office; however, after an evaluation of the tooth in question in conjunction with your medical status you may be referred to an oral surgeon if certain potential complications are anticipated. You may also be referred to an oral surgeon if you desire complete general anesthesia (completely asleep). Dr. Rethman is a board certified oral surgeon in Prescott and we can arrange an appointment with his office.
